This program empowers Personalized Treatment Without Disrupting Daily Routine. Partial Hospitalization & Intensive Outpatient Treatment for Ongoing Recovery.
Accessible, compassionate recovery in Delaware
At CORAS Wellness & Behavioral Health, we understand that recovery continues beyond residential treatment. Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provide adults throughout Delaware with structured, group-based outpatient care designed to support long-term recovery during the final stages of rehabilitation.
We offer PHP and IOP services in Delaware communities including Newark, Dover, Millsboro, and Harrington, making continued recovery support accessible no matter where you live in the state.
PHP and IOP are evidence-based levels of outpatient addiction treatment that provide structured care without requiring overnight stays.
Participants attend scheduled group therapy sessions focused on relapse prevention, emotional regulation, coping strategies, and long-term recovery planning.
Both programs follow Delaware treatment standards and are commonly used as step-down options after inpatient rehab.
Participants can expect a structured, supportive outpatient environment centered around group therapy led by experienced facilitators and licensed substance abuse counselors. Sessions focus on relapse prevention, coping strategies, emotional regulation, and building practical skills needed for long-term recovery.
Our PHP and IOP programs are designed to promote consistency and accountability while allowing individuals to live at home or in supportive housing. Clients benefit from peer support, a predictable schedule, and a judgment-free setting that helps reinforce recovery as they transition back into daily responsibilities.

MAT is paired with behavioral health counseling, medication management, and recovery support. We also offer programs for mental health counseling, outpatient therapy, residential treatment and more.
We accept Delaware Medicaid, Delaware Medicare, most commercial insurances, and self-pay options. Uninsured Delaware residents are welcome.
Telehealth appointments are available for counseling and medication check-ins. Our facilities are ADA-compliant and offer free parking.
Since our founding in 2021, we’ve provided compassionate care throughout the state with DSAMH and CARF affiliation.
A Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) provides a higher level of structure with more treatment hours per week, while an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers continued support with fewer weekly hours. Both are outpatient programs, meaning you return home after sessions.
No. PHP and IOP are forms of outpatient rehab. While PHP is more intensive than IOP, neither requires overnight stays. These programs are commonly used as step-down care after detox or residential treatment.
The length of a PHP or IOP program varies based on individual needs, progress, and clinical recommendations. Many participants attend for several weeks to a few months as part of a structured recovery plan.
Not always. Many people enter PHP or IOP after completing detox or inpatient rehab, but some individuals may qualify directly for outpatient treatment following an assessment.
If you’re ready to break free from opioid use and build a healthier future, CORAS Wellness & Behavioral Health is here for you.
