Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED credential
- Experience with mental health and substance use disorders
- Customer service experience
Responsibilities
- Instructs and assists clients in obtaining clinical services.
- Informs clients of the expectations and process for obtaining clinical services.
- Monitors and responds to crisis situations or potential crisis situations consistent with best practices, policies, and procedures.
- Cultivates a safe and supportive relationship and environment.
- Demonstrates respect and regard for the dignity of all clients, families, guests, fellow employees, and other collaborators to ensure a professional, responsible and courteous environment.
- Maintains client confidentiality and adheres to the organization’s ethical code.
- Attends all required workshops and training programs.
- Performs other duties as requested or assigned, verbally or in writing.
